Pumpkin flan and cooked ham

☑️ Clean the pumpkin, cut it and cook it until it becomes soft; ☑️ then drank it and mash it using a fork (we advise you not to blend it to maintain its consistency); ☑️ combine the pumpkin with cooked ham cubes, ricotta, egg and flour and amalgamate everything; ☑️ if the compound is thick, add some pumpkin cooking water; ☑️ butter and flour the molds and fill them; ☑️ Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
