La spesa di settembre

Our journey into nature continues to discover its rhythms and its precious gifts. A virtual visit to the stalls of our farmers in the local markets to find out what nature offers us in the month of September , to be able to enjoy fruit and vegetables in their full ripening and therefore privileged sources of vitamins , mineral salts and many nutrients! Obviously we try to buy from small local producers, the environment also benefits! September fruit:

Beetroot (have you ever tried beetroot carpaccio?! Just slice the beetroot into thin slices (like a carpaccio!) and season with mustard sauce, lemon, oil and a pinch of salt). Or sauce to your liking and imagination. Who likes a handful of rocket and ... enjoy your meal!

Peperoni (for those in the area, a visit to Carmagnola for the famous Carmagnola pepper is a must!)
